From start to finish, they were there to make our first time home buying process as simple as could be. Adam was our loan officer and he knowledgeably and quickly answered every question that we asked him, and we asked him quite a few questions. He was always honest, accurate, and a true pleasure to work with. We were able to secure a great interest rate with them and the underwriting process was seamless. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Mark Coffman and his amazing staff saved our new home. The other company we were using dropped the ball less than 2 weeks before closing. We contacted Mark and he was able to get us to closing without any delay. Not only that, he was able to get us a lower rate and absorbed the new appraisal fee because we had already paid for one with the other company. All this in under two weeks.
