- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't go to this company. No matter when you tell them your going to make your payment they harasse you. There is an employee there that is very nasty and unprofessional and has even pretended to be the supervisor. Whenever she calls my home or if we call the office and get her she is very disrespectful. I had to even call another office to make a payment one day. The last draw was when she over charged my back account by $200. and thought it was a joke. If this matter is not dealt with immediately we will be filing fraud charges the bank has already been notified. I would never ever do business with this company again and THEY WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INACCURACIES THAT MAY BE CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT. I will be contacting the better business bureau to discuss their business practices. Oh when I called today July 29. 2016 and to speak to a manager she (who's name is Tanya) that's what she said it was. Put me on hold and never came back. Please don't use this company.
